So I disassemble the saddle completely and I've glued with epoxy 4 carbon rods (2 mm). This will not work for so long but I've manage to do some diy trick with stitch and epoxy glue. I made lot of small holes with 1mm dremel on both side of each rod and I've saw them with strong thread soak in glue.
This gives very strong connection as I've tried it many times. It is also flexible as well.
Main rod is made on both side of shell so with glued thread it makes very firm shell.
It feels very stiff and this "patent"with carbon rods and thread with expoxy is common use in small aviation industry (hobby models). Of course there is question if 2mm carbon rods are enough. If not I have 2.5mm and 3mm as well
I can share this saddle with someone who is willing to test it during winter.
Just let me know I can send it by post to someone and as reward I just need feedback if this work well or not.
Otherwise I will test it in next season. I'm over 100kg so this will be quite good test i believe
Da har setet fått sin første tur i 20minus. Ble ikke veldig lange turen, men det har holdt så langt Det fjærer og beveger seg mye i det reparerte området, uten at det ser ut til og sprekke opp.
