Før jeg fikk wattmåler var det derfor mye enklere å holde terskeldrag på 20min siden den reelle motstanden minket underveis uten at jeg var klar over det.
Takk, det kjenner jeg godt til. 20 minutter test har fått en helt ny og smertefull dimensjon etter at jeg fikk wattmåler i navet og ikke i rulla. Og Elite er altså skikkelig stille.

Our fluid resistance unit is engineered leak-proof and to replicate the feel of an outdoor ride. Here is how we do it. The roller, driven by your bike's tire, is connected to the impeller inside the sealed fluid chamber by a magnetic coupler. Twelve neodymium rare earth magnets, 6 per side, create a virtual drive shaft to spin the impeller inside the sealed fluid chamber.
All other fluid based trainers including those made by Cycle-Ops, Trek, Blackburn and Elite use a drive shaft and rubber seals to spin the impeller in the fluid chamber.
