Bikeshops i Oslo som selger deler?

Hello everyone!

This is my first message to this forum and I apologize for not being able to write much in norwegian yet, so I'll use english while I'm learning more norsk. I don't trust google translator to translate this kind messages properly without big chance of misunderstanding.
I moved to Oslo from Finland some months ago and I need your help to start my mountain biking hobby here.

I would like to know if you know good bike shops in Oslo, which sell parts for bike maintenance. I mean very specific parts, for example now I need a part like this to replace a damaged bearing cone:

Also, is there in Oslo a place where they have old bikes and second hand parts that you can scavenge for cheap price?

I try to do most of the bike fixing by myself and sometimes I need bike parts or tools quickly without possibility to wait internet shop delivery times. I also fix bikes for my friends, so sometimes I'm fixing old bikes, for which you can't find replace parts as new.

You can try Oslo Sportslager's workshop for these kind of parts. They have a big workshop for all kinds of bikes, and cones should be in their normal inventory, or I would be disappointed

If anyone have recommendation for a place with second hand bike parts, please let me know.
Finn.no is good, but it takes some time and effort to pick up parts from different people and places separately.

Extra point:
If somebody has connection to a honest bike shop that is looking for a trustworthy mechanic, please send me a message. It's challenging to find my area of work for now without speaking fluent norwegian, so why not turn my bike fixing hobby to work. I speak and write finnish and english fluently.
